industrial, commercial, residential cost, drafting and structural expertise. |

Permits are concise;
include color renderings, show room plans on a grid, and places
custom sized furniture in the rooms so the client can ascertain how much
space is required for their needs. |

the cost of an architect and they have been accepted in most municipalities,
including Aston, Upper Darby, Ridley, Marple, Swarthmore and Philadelphia.
The attached sample was for an addition in Marple, the contractor walked out
with the permit the very day he presented it and the Building Inspector
remarked “oh great, plenty of detail, that’s what I like”,
always give them what they like. |

Some
municipalities like Nether Providence require that they be stamped by an
engineer, and I work with an engineer who stamps them for an additional fee
if that becomes necessary. |

the attached sample and or print them on ledger size 11” x 17” paper for a
professional presentation. |
